We originated in
2005 from the Midlands, and since then we have expanded into the South,
London, and the North of England.
Our target
market are those clients who are frustrated with receiving inadequate
service from generalist agencies. We appreciate the demands within the
trade and we operate completely around your needs, so if you require us to
operate early mornings or late nights we will do it. We are a flexible
business that operates 24hrs a day over all 365 days of the year. We
appreciate that traditional office hours will not offer the support you
require so also we operate an out of hours service, that is prepared for a
rapid response to last-minute requirements.
Our business is
predominantly geared towards the regular supply of temporary staff but
we regularly place staff in permanent positions. We have an excellent
success rate and see many of our candidates become successful and evolve
into our clients at many of the places we supply. Our team of temporary
staff are closely managed by our supervisors who regularly manage their
development through training and working closely with them.
We can offer you a
dedicated, experienced and versatile team, often with its own driver and
supervisor, which offers flexibility if your
timings are unpredictable or if you need staff to undertake other tasks.
Where possible we also like to arrive with staff to physically check them in.
We spend more time out with our team than in the offices, as we feel it
enables a better appreciation of our staff and where they work. Through
operating in this way we are available to assist with problems or
supervise if needed. We can also get staff home late at night and we are able to reach
remote destinations.
