Training
We conduct training needs
analyses on all our staff and nurture them through a development plan with our
clients. We outline the standard requirements and expectations to all new
starters and where possible brief you to our client's individual needs.
Some of
our clients are happy for us to use their facilities to conduct training events.
This can also involve their own core staff. We cover general aspects such as
health and safety or specific skills such as Silver Service or clearing.
Often
we arrive early at a venue and conduct a quick ‘bump’ training session to
refresh skills or to outline a specific style of service. This not only enhances
your capability but ensures you hit the ground running and are better prepared
for the function.
