Timesheets and pay
When working for rd
resourcing, you will need documented proof of the hours worked. This must be
in the form of our timesheet.
How do
timesheets work?
-
The timesheet have two identical copies, you must
complete both of them;
- They must
both be signed by the client (the person you
report to on site);
- Once signed you must give one to the client and the
other one to us ASAP;
- Use one timesheet for each separate client;
- Only
include the work for week commencing on Monday and ending on Sunday;
- If you are
attending a large event your name will feature on our multi-timesheet. You must
ensure that you initial this sheet.
We advise that you
keep records of the date and hours that you work and keep a copy of
your timesheets.
Deadlines
Timesheets must be completed,
signed and returned to us by 10am each Monday. You will be paid
fortnightly from the Monday unless your timesheets are late. The 10am deadline
can not be waived.
Where do I get
timesheets?
You can
download timesheets here. If you can't get
access to a printer, please
contact us
and we will send a batch of timesheets to you.
